Howdy!

My name is Katie and I'm a freelance art director, animator, and designer currently living in Cincinnati, OH.

After graduating from the CalArt's character animation program in 2017, I spent five years working in Cincinnati, OH in the motion design industry. There I worked closely with clients ranging from U.S. Bank to Brown University, think-tanks to tech start-ups, to explain their ideas and why they matter. Since then, I have recently wrapped as the Character Design Supervisor on a 2D-animated feature film coming to theaters Fall 2025. I’m currently available for other freelance work, with a soft spot for educational content and product advertising. I love finding the right style for the job no matter the medium and collaborating with kind and talented individuals.

My other work includes art directing animation on a documentary series, illustration, graphic design, and even a short internship at Veggietales. When I'm not making art, I love to read, swim, and play poker.
